This policy outlines the terms related to refunds, cancellations, and payments for services provided by MasteryCollective.
Refunds and Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable. All payments for workshops, masterclasses, digital products, or other services provided by MasteryCollective are final and non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation. If you have subscribed to a recurring service or membership, you can cancel your contract at any time. However, all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email at [email protected].
Fixed-Term Programme Agreements. Some of our programmes, including ThePeak, are structured as fixed-term agreements rather than open-ended subscriptions, and are not covered by the Subscription Cancellation terms above. These programmes are instead governed by the cancellation and payment terms set out in the signed programme agreement, which will take precedence over this policy in the event of any conflict. For ThePeak specifically: you may cancel without further payment obligation during the first 60 days. After Day 60, you commit to the remaining scheduled payments for the full 12-month term, as set out in your signed agreement.
Loss of Access Upon Cancellation. If you cancel a membership or subscription, you will immediately lose access to all associated data and materials. This includes, but is not limited to, our training materials, digital assets, support resources, and any associated private support or community groups.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Your Payment Obligations. As a user, you are responsible for paying all sums due to MasteryCollective in connection with your purchases or subscriptions. For any recurring subscription, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus any applicable tax for the upcoming period. Failure to use the services does not relieve you of your payment obligations.
Automatic Payments for Subscriptions. We collect payment details through our secure financial data collection mechanism (Stripe). You acknowledge that for recurring subscriptions, payments are due on an ongoing basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). You therefore authorize MasteryCollective to automatically collect payment from your saved payment method in accordance with the terms of the specific service you purchased.
Failed Payments. If your payment for a recurring subscription is delinquent, we will attempt to notify you. If the payment fails to process after 7 days of delinquency, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access to all materials and services.
Access to Our Materials and Intellectual Property
Permitted Use. Your purchase or membership grants you access to MasteryCollective's exclusive digital assets, training materials, and support resources. All of these materials are for your personal use as a current customer only and are not to be shared, transferred, or reproduced. We retain all trademarks and copyrights on our materials.
Restrictions. Everything within the MasteryCollective ecosystem is non-transferable. The use of our training materials outside of your own learning or sharing your access without our explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
Revocation of Access. If you cancel your membership or if your access is terminated due to failed payments, you will lose all access to our digital assets, training materials, and support resources.
